Langley’s Family Law and Foreclosure Lawyer: John L. Randall

Born and raised in Vancouver, John didn’t move too far from home when setting up his law practice in Surrey and, subsequently, Langley. The areas he chose to practice in are Family Law, Committeeship, and Foreclosure.

It was at some point during his early university years that John knew he wanted to use his education to help people. He had a long talk with his father about the opportunities that the practice of law may present in helping others as well as making a reasonable living for himself and his family.

John believes that being a good lawyer means recognizing what a client needs and taking care of their needs. If you let John, he can help you. If he is unfamiliar with the area that you need help, John will find you someone who can. He is always your best advocate.

It is John’s preference to settle a client’s case out-of-court and avoid going to trial. He has never believed in fighting in a court of law so he could charge a larger fee, however, if he has to fight for his client, he will, and he will do so effectively!

People often ask John, what does it take to be a family lawyer? Half-jokingly, John will tell you that it’s part social worker, part parent, and part psychologist.

John has built his reputation on providing clients with legal advice in a straight forward, simple, and candid manner so they can make well-informed decisions and move forward with their lives.
